Retur- og angrerettsretningslinjer

Angrerett Som kunde har du 14 dagers angrerett på alle kjøp gjort i vår nettbutikk, i henhold til den norske angrerettloven. Angrefristen begynner å løpe fra den dagen du mottar varen.

For å benytte angreretten må du gi oss beskjed innen 14 dager ved å kontakte oss på post@euphony-apparel.com. Du vil deretter motta informasjon om hvordan du returnerer varen. Returkostnaden dekkes av kunden med mindre annet er avtalt.

Når vi har mottatt og godkjent returen, refunderer vi kjøpesummen innen 14 dager.

Retur og bytte utover angrefristen Vi tilbyr ikke retur eller bytte etter at angrefristen på 14 dager er utløpt, med mindre varen har en dokumentert feil eller mangel. Reklamasjonsretten følger norsk kjøpslov og er 2 år fra kjøpsdato.

Return and Right of Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal As a customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on all purchases made in our online store, in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven). The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days by contacting us at post@euphony-apparel.com. You will then receive instructions on how to return the item. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Once we have received and approved the return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.

Returns and Exchanges After the Withdrawal Period We do not offer returns or exchanges after the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, unless the item has a documented defect or fault. The right to make a complaint follows Norwegian consumer law and applies for 2 years from the date of purchase.
