Angrerett og kansellering av kjøp/Right of Withdrawal Act
Etter angrerettloven kan forbrukere ved annet fjernsalg enn telefonsalg (f.eks. postordresalg, internettsalg og tv-shopping) av varer som skal tilvirkes eller tilpasses spesielt for forbrukeren, gå fra avtalen uten å oppgi noen grunn innen 14 dager fra de opplysninger som kreves med hjemmel i angrerettloven kapittel 3 er mottatt på foreskreven måte.
Euphony Apparel produserer varer ved bestilling. Dette bidrar til at vi ikke produserer mer enn vi selger. På den måten sparer vi også miljøet. Fordi varene produseres på bestilling, tar vi dem ikke i retur. Forbrukere har 14 dagers angrerett. Under the Right of Withdrawal Act, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract other than telephone sales (e.g., mail order, online sales, and TV shopping) for goods that are manufactured or customized specifically for the consumer, without providing any reason, within 14 days from the date the required information under Chapter 3 of the Act has been received in the prescribed manner.
Euphony Apparel produces the products upon order. This ensures that we do not produce more than we sell, which also helps protect the environment. Because the goods are made to order, we do not accept returns.

All products from Euphony Apparel are produced on demand, specially made for each customer.
This on-demand model reduces overproduction and unnecessary waste, allowing us to operate in a more sustainable and environmentally responsible way.
Because each item is made specifically for you, we cannot offer returns or exchanges unless the item is:
- damaged upon delivery
- incorrectly produced
- received in the wrong size or colour compared to your order

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
